SNIP Then, isn't there a way to play games without endgame bases under Chessbase GUI? What are the other GUI's supporting Auto232? I have chessbase engines playing against each other. Others include Shredder 3 and 4 Tiger 12.0e, running in Chesspartner. This can be loaded with winboard stuff to auto as well Genius 3, 4, 6.5 Include in this a lot of Winboard engines. I have not configured any other than the one that came with Genius, Crafty 16.3 I changed this to Crafty 17.10 I have auto played Nimzo 2000 in its own gui, and it can be run in Genius 6.5 In Dos All old Genius versions Fritz 3 Rebel 8,9, 10: Rebel Century 1.0 Mchess 8 and earlier versions There are LOADS of engines that can be combined to produce an auto232 match. In the case of the endgame inclusion, I think it can be done, with ot without I will stop here as the total number of engines to be run, in different gui's is quite large!
