Subject: Anand vs Rebel in 1998 K62-450 Mhz two games at 15 min per side?

When Anand played against Rebel in 1998 two games were played at 15 minutes per
side and rebel got the best out of Anand 1.5 to 0.5. Since there is not too much
rating gain in doubling the processor speed to latest AMD Processor the ATHLON
1000 Mhz, according to Rebel Benchmarks. Based on this fact plus the latest
improvements of Rebel, can Schroeder or anybody else predict the outcome of a
mini match  of 5 games between Anand or Kasparov in game in 30 minutes per side
using the latest AMD processor?
