Actually the luddites will be appreciated by more and more people.
Crazy mathematician hermit unabomber plays role of prophet in the
wilderness.  Computer dude Bill Joy sees issues.  Inventor, software
extraordinaire  Ray Kurzweil and CMU robotist Hans Moravec in separate
books published in past year claim strong
AI for computers in 30 yrs, surpassing humans...  Actually the machines
have no soul,,, but the scientific trend seems to indicate we don't either.
