Subject: WMCCC crosstable (after round 3)

Below is the crosstable for the tournament's first three rounds.  One
note.  The tournament director (for reasons unknown) used accelerated
pairings in round 1 and round 2.  The top 16 programs were paired
together for the first two rounds, then everyone was lumped together.
this is frequently done when you have a large number of players and a
few rounds, but generally not when you have a few players and a large
number of rounds.  In any case, that explains some of the early pairings
like Crafty vs Shredder.
