Basically its just a list, his idea od what goes where. He admitted to knowing nothing about the French programs, not even the recent results of the French tournament. Known for his diplomacy and never putting his foot in his mouth, he then went on to say at the opening meeting that being in the first group would give an advantage because of the tie break mechanism for equal scores, but that this didn't matter since nobody from the second group could possibly win the tournament ! He was attacked by a French programmer and others for using accelerated pairing, but didn't chnage his mind.
