The players in the GM challange were the players who chose to play. We will never know the real rating of programs against humans unless everybody must play against the machine. The fact that the programs are commercial is also a problem because the opponents can buy them and prepare against the programs. SSDF does not need to change nothing because I do not expect them to give Fide rating. I expect them only to tell the ssdf rating and this rating probably has nothing to do with human rating(I expect the ssdf rating only to give information which program is better in comp-comp games).
