Both will do a terrific job at analyzing your games overnight. However, if you
really want to learn from your mistakes, you better analyze the games yourself.
One method that works very well is to review the game yourself while you have
the engine running in the background ('infinite analysis' is the option, I
believe). This will force you to think first, which is the way to learning,
while you can easily find critical points or blunders (the engine will show with
a red light any sudden change in the evaluation).

If you leave it running during the night, I recommend you to use the 'Blunder
check' option, becasue this one registers evaluations, thus letting you know how
much worse your move is compared to Fritz's suggestion. The 'full analysis'
option includes some verbal comments, but does not include the precise
evaluations of the alternatives suggested.

Good luck !

Ignacio
