You can use EXTRACT by David Barnes to classify the ECO codes.  It will also
separate the games into ECO code classes if you so desire.  Definitely worth a
gander.

Then you can use ELOSTAT by Frank Schubert to do ELO calculations.  Soon, it
will classify gargantuan mountains of PGN in one fell swoop (or so say the
rumors).


Not sure exactly what you are after.
