Me either, although I have heard of such utilites. Winzip will handle gzipped files. In my case I unzipped it with Winzip and copied the resulting file directly to a network printer share of a Postscript-aware printer. I could probably have printed to a file using a PS printer driver for a non-existent PS printer or some such, but it's not that long an article.
