I have played quite a lot games under Fritz6 interface with GENERAL.CTG book
and 4m+1s time control. PC is AMD 450Mhz. LG2000v2.7 won Crafty17.10 by
58,5 - 55,5. So it was VERY close.
Next I tested both against SSDF leaders Fritz6 and Junior6. Here are results:
Crafty - Fritz6 19,5 - 40,5
Crafty - Junior6 23,5 - 40,5
total 43 - 81 (ELO difference 110 points)
LG2000 - Fritz6 11,5 - 28,5
LG2000 - Junior6 21 - 31
total 32,5 - 59,5 (ELO difference 105 points)
Conclusion: LG2000v2.7 is equal to Crafty17.10 and both are about 100 points
from top programs.
