No, I don't think so. A solution could be to download the start.pgn from Hyatts
website and change the weights of the moves in notepad or something similar.
After this is done, you can create your own modified bookc.bin. You could even
create your own start.pgn from scratch if you want to. Do you have a books.bin
file?
