The reason for the wrong evaluation is very simple After 31.b7 Qxb1+ 32.Kg2 is the only legal move so Junior analyzed it only at depth of 2 plies and evaluated it as 0.00 when Junior goes back to the move 31.b7 it remebers that the evaluation after 31.b7 Qxb1 is 0.00 and it can see that black has nothing better than Qxb1 so it says b7 0.00 This is not relevant in games because in games Junior go forward and not backward.
