The only hard part is figuring out you can do this, and once you figure it out, figuring out how much postage to put on the envelope. I think it would be hard for them to make it less confusing without having a paragraph specifically for Americans who are in a hurry and don't want to read carefully (that's me). They have a $US account or something, they can handle funds drawn on American banks. You write them a check just like you'd write one to the phone company. bruce
