If I were to do that here in Brazil, I might as well change the recipient "ICCA"
to "Foundation for the Financial Betterment of Postal Workers".

As for international wire transfers, the surcharge would be more than the
subscription itself. All international wire transfers, whether for $10 or
$10,000 are subject to a $50 fee. Didn't they every hear of credit cards?
