Someone has said this is wrong.  If it isn't wrong, it is still very hard
because white can get to a7 with his K before black gets to the corner.  This
prevents an obvious means of figuring out that this is a draw (assuming it is,
which apparently it isn't.

However, change it slightly:

[D] 8/8/3nk2B/8/p5P1/6K1/P7/8 b - -

That's a draw and my program finds it without tables.
