When I joined the ICCA in Paderborn last year I mentioned to one of the ICCA
people that the only reason I wasn't already a member was because it was so
darned difficult to pay the membership fees.  I suggested they accept credit
card, they agreed it was a good idea, but so far it hasn't happened.
