I can.
My experience is that part of my opponents do not use computers inspite of the
fact that they have the right to do it.

Players who use programs do not give them hours to calculate in most of the
cases.

The games are by letters
Maybe the situation is different with games by email when more players use
computers to help them but I know that rozenberg is also playing games by email.


 And you yourself can't

The game that I posted is from 1999-2000 and my opponent resigned only 3 days
ago.

8 years ago programs were clearly weaker than today so I believe that a chess
program could not do better 8 years ago.
