The rating of the Israeli players is based on games against other players from
different countries.
The other players could win if you were right but it does not happen.
I think that most players of correspondence games do not use programs to help
them otherwise there is no explanation for the fact that the israeli players
do not lose against their opponents.
Here is information about 4 of my opponents(my other opponents have no
international rating).
My experience is that they do not use computers seriously and I am going to get
at least 3.5 out of 4 against them.
