The answer is that Hiarcs wouldn't have a prayer.  It didn't have a prayer
against deep thought in the ACM days, which had a far slower overall hardware
speed, yet was able to produce a performance rating of over 2550 against a bunch
of GM players at 40/2... to win the fredkin stage II prize.
