I recommend heartily Bob Pawlak's book. The most advanced systems are the database systems like ChessBase, Bookup and Chess Assistant. These tools also have other features like chess playing engines. Personally, I like Chess Assistant. Bookup is nice for opening study. Your mileage may vary.
