Most probably your 128 Mb Ram is the trouble maker but you should have the same low NPS with Rebel8. It seems to be that on some Pc's with more than 64 Mb memory Rebel doesn't cache the first memory banks (128-64=64 Mb in your case) with as result a slow down in NPS. I have no other information or solution at the moment. I am even not sure if the above is correct. Somebody with 80 Mb removed 16 Mb and Rebel8/9 ran on full speed.
