Dear Pavel,

It is a private matter what goes on between a man and his doctor. There are
several possibilities as to what is wrong with Bob. It is none of our business!

Good 'ole Bob was nice enough to give us a splendid chess program for gratis and
was honest enough to tell us that he had to see a surgeon. I know that it is
human nature to want to know and newspapers make their living this way. It is
not necessary to know of Mr. Hyatt's medical condition unless he wants to make
it known.

Bob is as Bob does. He will continue, to the bitter end(even if it is fifty
years from now), programming and teaching and being a decent human being.
