A possibilty is for instance to count the moves which you receive from the
Fritz-GUI. If move-nr is smaller than the move nr of the last search, you could
do your usual reset actions.

I must admit that I haven't cared about the Fritz-compatibilty of my winboard
engine, because there is the native engine any way.
