Probably not the zip program, I don't think that would have effected anything. Bringer itself would have wrote the ini file to the windows directory after you started it. For what it's worth, when I put in a bigger HD on my computer, I moved Bringer to the d: drive, and for a while, Bringer couldn't find it's opening book! That baffled me for a while, but I finally went and edited the ini file, and that fixed the problem. For what it's worth, I almost never use Winzip, I usually use PKzip's Windows utility, just the shareware version. For day to dat use, I like it better than Zip-It which cost me several dollars, and I decided that I couldn't stand it. But Winzip does some good stuff. Pete
