Hiarcs is VERY picky about EPD syntax. The LCT2 file on SCCS is rather old, and
Hiarcs indeed chokes on it (although Rebel, Fritz and others have no problems).
I once manually edited it to run properly in Hiarcs 7.0, but didn't remember
uploading it. I will probably correct it soon.
