Subject: Two important missing gliphs...

I feel that two important gliphs (like Informat codes) for commenting games are
missing in common chess programs (databases and the like) :

- a gliph to distinguish between technically draw positions from equilibrated
positions signs could be = and [double]~ e.g., or in ascii-art
           _
--- /_\_/
--- / \_/

- a gliph for dyamic balanced position, which could be similar to the unclear
but open to the right (the math symbol for proportional) or:

 _ _
/ \/ `
\_/\_,

this second gliph would be for my taste one of the most important in the whole
chess theory by the way!

On the other side I think that the NAG's enconded in the PGN standard are by far
to many.

May be this could be an argument for a poll?

regards
Franz
