I don't think Winboard directly supports running epd test suites.  You can
import fen positions, but only one at a time.  It would be cumbersome to create
.bat and .ini files to run the whole suite.  Most programs have implemented a
"test" command instead (that does not run under winboard).
Also, Crafty's format is a little different (needs "setboard") from most.
