I've had a fairly weak player get smashed all night on my machine, and after that Fritz wants to constantly try the relatively obscure (and unclear) variations it played with such success. And if one of the top GMs has been killing it all night it takes a few days for Fritz to return to normal and play the Sicilian or Ruy Lopez again (actually, come to think of it, this doesn't happen too much anymore).
