According to the Chessmaster 7000 database, Karpov has lost several games against the Queen's Indian. I have included 5 games as examples just to amuse you. The last (sixth) game is one where he actually lost in a Simul to a 2200 player (I don't know what your rating is, but what the hell.... ;-) Unfortunately, Karpov opened with c4, so there's probably no use in studying that one.
