As an advid Belgrade Player myself, I would say yes and no. This is because
some of the lines Black can play leads to quiet positional games (IE 1.e4 e5
2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Nc3 Nf6 4.d4 exd4 5.Nd5! Be7 for example) in which white has a
slight pull due to pawn structures. In the main lines though, computers would
probably do ok.
