The above on my PII/400 notebook. Black seems to be in a bit of difficulty and
this at least exposes white's king to a bit of mischief by black. Whether it
ends up winning or not probably depends on white's choice for defending... But
it is not really an exchange sac... black gets a piece + 2 pawns for the rook,
so material is equal, white white's king exposed.
I'd say you did fine here in playing this move...
