... the chess programmer's life a whole lot easier.

Write a formal BNF grammar for:

1. PGN (with the EPD and FEN subsets, darn it!)  This one should probably hold
off until PGN II comes out in the near future.

2. Winboard commands

It sure would simplify the programmer's work a ton.  It would be nice to make
the grammar flexible for stupid gaffes like 0-0-0 verses o-o-o etc.
