Hello, Ratings on ICC are extremely over inflated. I would expect someone with an "established" 2000 blitz rating on ICC to be in the range of 1650-1750 ELO. If the person hasn't played any long length OTB games, their ELO could actually be much lower than that until he/she gains some serious OTB experience. Regards, Adrien.
