To my experience you will probably find anythíng from about 1700-2300 ELO .

In average I personally think ICC ratings are inflated something about 100-150
points in the 1800-2200 area .

In the very low area like 200-1000 they are for sure deflated due to
inconsistences in the rating formula .

Same probably true in the other direction when it is about the really high areas
like 2800-3200 but I can't judge that ;-).
