Rxe5 is forced #23 Ne2 is almost universally played. Kd1 (Euwe's move, I believe) is very rare, and clearly inferior, I believe. #28 is my favorite. cxb5 is the best move there, but it would be much more interesting to analyze the position after 4. cxb5 a6, when White has several choices. Frankly, I think it is almost hopeless to ask a computer to analyze this line. Black's compensation for the pawn is of a very long-term positional nature. The machines still have a long, long way to go before they can understand these positions well. Most of the others are well-known opening positions, too, and I'm sure most of this stuff has been investigated very deeply at the grandmaster level. --Peter
