Not so unusual. They are a great company worried in selling big numbers in the shortest possible time and that means a very fast death of already published products and a fast engagement of his employees in the next one. Bucks have the upper hand, customers have just the right to complain. Not the case of little companies like that of Schroeder, enterily dedicated to this field and depending enterily of this specialized market. Even if he was offset for somebody, he will answer and would try to satisfy. Remember: Minsdscape has a number of hundred thounsands people as customers; Schroeder have at most dozen thousands people or less. In fact I would say a lot less. So every one of us is a valuable asset. Besides Schroeder is a godd guy, one of us...:-) Fernando
