I understand that 2.b4 devalues black's pawn majority, and (kind of) isolates
the pawn c3. But, on the other hand, 1...c3 creates a good square for the black
knight. Maybe an open a-file would be good for black (?). What happens after
1...c3 2.b4, anything forced? I think this position is too complicated (dynamic)
for a purely positional test. But I'm not a strong player.
