Yes, SOS is indeed a very interesting program with an impressive performance.
The WinBoard version is one of my favourites as far as WinBoard programs go.
However, it seems like its results diverge a lot, especially the results of the
native version. I've seen Young Talents Tournaments where it isn't doing as well
as expected and others, like this one, where it has. Generally I think it's the
best Young Talents engine alongside Crafty, but it's only an opinionated guess.
