As far as I know Kasparov beat Anand at blitz the last time they met, so I don't think your assumed fact is correct. However, the strength of a 8 CPU "fridge" in a rapid game, matchformat or otherwise, is quite significant. Claiming that a computer program on very fast hardware is difficult to beat for any player at blitz or rapid time control, is just a question of repeating facts IMO. I hope they earn a lot of money, otherwise the benefits of a tournament like this are minuscule. Best wishes... Mogens
