They've been trying to fix that leaning problem for a long time. In Chicago it would have been condemned and torn down a long time ago, either that, or it would be full of homeless people. I think I had heard that it took so long to build that it was leaning before they finished building it. Ammazing. It'll probably crumble as a result of one of their attempts to repair the lean. Pete
