Usually the Pentium 3 should be a bit quicker. Quite a few chess programs seem to like the K6 however, so the gap could narrow, or the K6 might even come out ahead for some. BTW, i hope that is actually a K6-2 or K6-3. The original K6 never made it anywhere near 450MHz, doesn't have MMX, and is unreliable in some versions. Basically, don't worry too much about these small performance differences. Buy on price and other features. And don't count out the Celeron at similar clock speed, provided it is genuine and hasn't been overclocked to death.
