I don't see anything in Bas Hamstra's posts that are in poor taste, he's offering an opinion, and you should be grateful that he's got the guts to offer his opinion. Personally, I'm grateful that you 3 were able to take on the moderation posts, and I know that there's a certain amount of judgment calls involved in doing it. But I don't expect moderator's complaints about complaints about moderators carry much weight. I'm aware of much worse moderated forums out there, and it would be helpful if this didn't _become_ the worst eventually. That would be hard to do, but it's far from impossible, and that's why he should be allowed to discuss those issues. Let him talk about it if he wants, then when he's done, the whole thread will expire, and it'll disappear. But, hey, delete his post and the rest of the thread if you want, if it really offends your sensibilities all that much. See how much good will that brings you. Pete
