"DarkThought WCCC'99" never prefers c3 as best -- it knows about
the weaknesses of advanced Pawns that are "detached" from their
siblings.

"DarkThought WCCC'99" scores the position as roughly -0.15 against
Black and wavers between the Rook moves Rd8, Rg8, and Rh8.
