Yes, I also remember reading that the eval function of MCP8 was huge, so
possibly with the much improved hardware it is also capable of getting much more
depth with it, and thus excellent results. Also, there shouldn't be any
complaints now that Mchess is winning due to killer-books as it's book will be
the oldest of the lot by far.
