If anyone could play games at G/60 using some of the other strong,
freely-available WinBoard engines against Gullydeckel 2 (found here):
ftp://38.168.214.175/pub/gully2/
I would appreciate it greatly.
Here are my command line switches:
"Gully2 -p --transref 20" /fd="e:\programme\winboard\gully2"
Here is the output if you type -h on the command line:
H:\ward-ftp\FTPRoot\pub\gully2>gully2 -h
Gullydeckel 2.13.pl3-a, chess playing program.

Ported to Win32 by Dann Corbit (and any screw-ups are probably his).
For the current WinBoard version, you must *not* reuse,
so provide flags /-reuse or /-reuse2 to 'additional options'
in the WinBoard Startup Dialog as appropriate.
Usage: gully2 [options]
Options:
-h | --help This screen.
-v | --version Program version.
-p | --ponder Permanent brain off.
-f | --file Read from epd testfile.
--fulleval No lazy evals.
--null Never use null move.
--book {on,off,}
-t | --test {solve,see,eval,search,movegen,make}
In conjunction with file.
--bench Some standard numbers
--maxdepth Max. full width search depth.
--time time per move in [1/10s]
--nokiller Killers off.
--transref main size 2exp(size), 0 == off
(options may be abbreviated as long as uniquely identified)
Here is the output of help from the Gullydeckel prompt:
