There has to be something that can handle an attacking computer. In fact, I'm analyzing a position in the old indian defense, and My best personalities are all falling for an opening trap! 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 d6 3.Nc3 e5 4.Nf3 Nbd7 5.Bg5 Be7 6.e3 O-O 7.Qc2 Ne8 8.h4!? According to analysis, 8...f6? 9.Bd3 h6 10.Bh7+ Kh8 11.Bxh6 gxh6 12.Qg6 and white wins. Chessmaster and Test7 never even looked at the other moves. I'm sure CMQueen+ will fall for the same trick. This is an example of one of Chessmaster's weaknesses: Unnecessary weaking of the King's ppawn shield that leads to a strong and sometimes, decisive attack. I hope Chessmaster 8000 fixes this weakness, and attacks. ***CMQueen+ and CM5600 leads with 3.0/4 after 4 rounds in the 60 0 Qualifiers Tournament. Bendorz is 3rd. CMNimzo732 has 1.5 points. Test6 has 1.5 points.*** Castle2000 P.S. Frankfurt Giants tournament begins tomorrow. It involves the 6 best players in the world. And to Jorge: I'm only 16. so the term, "Mr" isn't necessary.
