The results are flawed. I too tried Hiarcs7.32 engine in the Fritz5.32 GUI. I understood that Fritz clears its hashtables and Hiarcs does not. Therefore, Hiarcs will always be a step ahead of Fritz in the match ... I love Hiarcs and know it is strong, but not THAT strong as Fritz 6. I also tried some time ago (game/5, game/15, game/60, etc.) with Hiarcs aghainst Crafty 17.10 under Fritz GUI and got the same results. Beware! All the other programs clear their tables (do not remember previous thinking) while Hiarcs does not ... BIG advantage. If you try with two computers the result will be different. Dragos
