Bruce, Chris, you are both members of the ICCA. The 'A' in ICCA stands for 'Association'. An association must have someone who is responsible for the financial things and there has to be a 'debit and credit' list every year or so. Have you never seen a financial report? Isn't it possible for a member to get one if he/she asks for it? This will clear up things and you do not have to speculate. Best wishes Andreas
