I don't know what happened on the last post. I picked "follow-up with quoting" and never even got to this form. It just posted a repeat. Anyway, both bishops are dead on the board, so we don't even need to think about them. I don't see why you can't simply move the rook behind enemy lines. It's not blocked. The other rook is more or less a prisoner due to the advanced pawn, so it can't do much in the way of defense. I think I would win with any of the three moves, but I'm always overconfident. ;-)
