The results would be interesting on two separate machines and 100+ games. I've tried the tests for game in 3 min. on the same computer, and then on separate computers (identical cpus.) Hiarcs gained an advantage when playing against Fritz6a on the same cpu - but still lost overall. On separate computers, the margin was much greater. I do believe, however, that the newer version of Hiarcs will have more ability against these tactical monsters, despite its extremely positional playing style. -elc.
